1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the proxy services provided by BifrostNetwork Inc. ("BifrostNetwork", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

Our proxies are provided strictly for lawful data scraping, market research, price monitoring, and legitimate network testing. You expressly agree NOT to use BifrostNetwork infrastructure for:

• Unauthorized access, credential stuffing, or brute-force attacks on third-party systems.
• Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) or malicious botnet operations.
• Distribution of malware, phishing scams, or spam.
• Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.

3. Pay-As-You-Go Billing & Traffic

BifrostNetwork operates on a flat pay-as-you-go billing model ($0.5/GB Eco, $1.2/GB Standard). All purchased bandwidth top-ups are non-expiring. We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in fraudulent payment activities or abusive network behavior.

4. Limitation of Liability

BifrostNetwork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our proxy networks.
